1. No Financial Advice The information, data, and blueprints provided on iTradeRight, including outputs from the End of Day (EOD) Scanner, Live Market Execution Scanner, and associated blog content, are for educational, informational, and quantitative research purposes only. iTradeRight is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Nothing on this website constitutes professional financial advice, nor is it a recommendation or solicitation to buy, hold, or sell any security, equity, or financial instrument.
2. High Risk of Trading Trading in the stock market involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The valuation of equities may fluctuate, and as a result, clients may lose more than their original investment. You should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition. Never trade with capital you cannot afford to lose.
3. System Outputs and Data Accuracy The iTradeRight scanners process market data through proprietary, rules-based mathematical models to generate potential swing trading setups.
- Algorithmic Limitations: These outputs are purely mechanical. They do not account for real-world macroeconomic events, sudden news catalysts, or unforeseen market volatility.
- Data Reliability: While we strive to ensure the highest quality of market data, iTradeRight does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data feeding into the EOD or Live scanners. Feeds may experience latency, disruptions, or errors.
4. Performance and Paper Trading Results Any performance ledgers, profit and loss (P&L) statements, or journal entries displayed on the iTradeRight platform may represent “paper trading” (simulated trading) results unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Simulated trading results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading and may not account for real-world liquidity, slippage, or brokerage fees.
- Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results.
5. User Responsibility and Strict Execution You are entirely responsible for your own trading decisions. If you choose to execute trades based on iTradeRight blueprints, you do so at your own sole discretion and risk. iTradeRight strongly advocates for strict risk management, including the mandatory use of stop-losses and precise position sizing, but we are not responsible for your adherence to, or failure to execute, these risk parameters.
By continuing to use iTradeRight, you acknowledge and agree that iTradeRight, its founders, and its affiliates bear no responsibility or liability for any trading losses, financial damages, or missed opportunities you may incur.
